Who we are
Commblue is a Mention Engineering™ agency operated from Lima, Peru. Data controller: Commblue. Contact: bbeltran@commblue.agency.
What this site does NOT do
This site has no forms, creates no accounts, sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools. The “type your brand” field works entirely inside your browser: what you type is never sent to or stored on any server, and it is discarded when you close the page.
If you email us
The buttons on this site open your own mail client. If you choose to write to us, we use your name, your address and the content of your message solely to reply and to follow up on your request. We keep that correspondence for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and delete it once it is no longer needed.
Technical infrastructure data
The site is served from Vercel's infrastructure, which may record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in its operational logs. Commblue does not use those records to identify you.
Your rights
If you are in Peru, Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data grants you the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection. If you visit from another country, we respect the equivalent rights of your jurisdiction. To exercise them: bbeltran@commblue.agency.
Changes
If we add analytics or any other service that processes data, we will update this policy before switching it on and change the date on this page.
